The City of Irving, founded in 1903 on an 80-acre plat, commissioned a logo for its Heritage District to focus public awareness on the revitalization of its older downtown area.
The Irving Heritage District logo is a one-color symbol used in brochures, advertising and for street signs. The railroad roots of the City are represented by the depot icon and early twentieth century typography.
FigDesign also created a Visitor Guide, researching historic properties and compiling a special map that references highlights in the area.
